Please note: One known error is for AOL users:

Many of our AOL new signups have not been able to activate their account because they did not receive the confirmation email. This is because our logo was attached in the confirmation email. This caused the filtering servers at AOL to deny our confirmation email. This problem has since been fixed and aol users are receiving confirmation emails immediately now. If you have not received a confirmation email within 1 hour, please email us your information and we will activate your account manually.
